Relieving Anxiety Through Natural Anxiety Relief

I have come to find out over the last few years how unaware most  people are about the relationship between stress and the extreme anxiety and panic elements that evolve from it.

I call it a condition because it is far more accurate than what is normally referred to as a disorder. My  opinion however I have found out I am not alone. You will find I use both terms for clarity in understanding the natural anxiety relief process.

To start with, get your mind away from the stressful place it finds itself in. It doesn’t matter whether it is a physical place, such as at work or a mindset that you are in, which by the way, always attaches itself to any physical place where stress is caused.

Secondly, if you suffer with anxiety, panic attacks or phobias, my research says you do not have a decease.  If you suffer from stress and anxiety then UNDERSTANDING this is a crucial step towards giving you natural anxiety relief. Medications such as anti-depressants have their place I guess, but they obviously do not deal with the root cause(s) of your stress and anxiety.

Just to let you know, I suffered with sever GAD for 30 years. I tried Ativan (Lorazepam) as well as an anti-depresant  at one time, even though I was not depressed. The Ativan worked well more or less except for one problem. They made me numb and listless. Granted, I was almost able to stop  my anxiety attacks as long as I stayed numb but these types of drugs are just a temporary band-aid at best, and they actually create more psychological, emotional and physical problems down the road.

The anti-depressant was an odd drug. First off, I was not depressed. Second, it made me more anxious not to mention it had a drastically negative affect on an already difficult bout with insomnia.

If you really want natural anxiety relief as I did, then you need to look away from drugs and take a more permanent approach. And if you do nothing else please at least use all the stress relief management suggestions I outlined above and on some of my other articles.
