There is Treatment For Public Speaking Phobia

The fear of public speaking phobia or any social anxiety disorder as referred to by most Doctors, is a case of yopublic speaking phobiaur mind being stuck in the gear of fear as I call it. There is a treatment for public speaking phobia.  Disorder suggests that social phobias are diseases. The true experts disagree, and Barry McDonagh seems to be one of them.

Therefore any social phobia treatment need not involve medications. This is not to say that medications are necessarily bad. They just do not seem to be the solution. True they may provide you with short term day by day results however the negative effects of drugs on the mind and body are not worth it.

I would like you to please understand and accept that fear is normal, especially your public speaking phobia. It is a suitable response to a threatening situation but when it turns out to be unsuitable and all-encompassing, it is critical that something is done to eliminate the anxiety that is responsible for it.

In whatever way your phobias come to exist in you, they are inappropriate I firmly believe they can be reorganized to a more satisfactory level, if not removed all together.

The easy and well used method to assist in your journey to overcome social anxiety is to shift your awareness because  public speaking phobia or any social anxiety is not a disorder or decease, as I understand it. My research, simply put, tells me that you must change your thinking and feelings and your reaction to them.

Social settings and situations can become far too much for sufferers to face when dealing with any of the so called social phobia disorders. They can cause overwhelm, anxiousness and extreme self-consciousness.

These anxious thoughts flash quickly in your awareness. When they do, you immediately react with fear as you run the thought through your conscious mind. The fearful reaction that follows sends a shock-wave affect through your nervous system. It is most intense in your stomach because of the amount of nerve endings located there.

Regardless of the nature of the fear or thought, the pattern that follows is usually foreseeable. Due to the severe reaction in your body from this thought, if you suffer from  a fear of public speaking or any social phobia, your mind gets you into a pattern of probing this anxious thought over and over.

This becomes a true vicious cycle. Do you want to reverse this cycle? To get your public speaking  phobia treatment going you really should take action sooner than later so you can be on your way to living your social life without anymore undue anxiety.
